The name of the city is Melincue and its a 370km from my city Buenos Aires. Part of the city is under the water of the lake close to it. This start in 1975 and nobody know how a lake withouth a river afluent start to goes up the level. The max of the level in the same year 1975 was 3,5m of high more than the normal. The big building was a Hotel in the middle of the lake. This was building in 1920 and re building in 1965. That hotel stay in that time in a middle of a island were you came in car thru a road. This road crose the lake until the island. And all is gone in 1975.
